Crispy Bhindi recipe - How to make Crispy Bhindi

3 cups tender ladies finger (bhindi)
1 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp chilli powder
4 tbsp oil
salt to taste
  1. Wash and dry the bhindi. Cut into very thin slices.
  2. Heat the oil on a high flame in a slightly deeper tava. Add the bhindi and cook until brown and crisp.
  3. Remove the bhindi from the oil and place on absorbent paper to remove the oil. Sprinkle the chaat masala, chilli powder, and salt and toss well.
  4. Serve hot.

This crispy bhindi is very easy and quick to make...I serve this with a mayonnaise based dip and my family loved it...
