Creamy Curd Dip recipe - How to make Creamy Curd Dip

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 1.5 cups

1 cup thick curds (dahi)
1/4 cup cream
1/2 cup basil leaves
1 green chillies
2 cloves (laung / lavang) of garlic (lehsun)
salt to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
  1. Combine the basil leaves,garlic and green chillies together in a mixer and make a fine paste.
  2. Mix with whipped and thick curd and cream.
  3. Serve with kebabs,nachos,chips or wafers.
