1 glass couscous, 1 glass water, 1 small cucumber diced, 1 tomato diced, 1 onion diced, 1 capsicum diced, 5 lettuce leaves nicely chopped, 1 tablespoon chilli sacuse, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon butter, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tsp oregano or mixed herbs. 1 tbsp of salad cream or mayonnaise.
- Take one glass of couscous and one glass of water. first boil one glass of water with a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp of oil. once the water is boiled remove from flame and add one glass of couscous and cover the pan for 5 minutes. in the maeanwhile, dice all the vegetables and keep it ready in a salad bowl. mix all the salads and add salt and pepper to
