- In a large mixing bowl, lightly beat eggs. stir in remaining ingredients, blending thoroughly. pour into a buttered casserole; cover casserole and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
- Uncover casserole and place the dish inside a larger baking pan.
- Add hot water to a depth of about 1 1/2 inches, or about halfway up the sides of the casserole. bake at for about 1 hours, or until set. a knife inserted into center should come out clean.
