Corn Cheezzy Rolls recipe - How to make Corn Cheezzy Rolls

1 cup sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane) , boiled
1 cup grated processed cheese
4 eggs , hard boiled and coarsely grated
2 tbsp chopped green chillies
salt to taste
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
10 samosa pattis , readily available in the market
2 tbsp whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta) , dissolved in 4 tbsp water
oil for deep frying
  1. Combine the corn, egg, cheese, salt, green chilly, pepper and coriander in a bowl and mix gently.
  2. divide the filling into 10 equal portions and keep aside.
  3. Place a samosa patti on a clean and dry surface and place a portion of the filling at one edge and roll gently in a cylindrical shape.
  4. Seal tyhe edges using the wheat flour-water mixture.
  5. Repeat the same to make 9 more rolls. Keep aside.
  6. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry each roll till they turn golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
  7. Serve hot with any dip or chutney of your choice.
