Coconut water is available everywhere! I have tried the combination of the seasonal fruit-water melon with tender coconut water. they blend amazingly well!!

- 1.blend the coconut scrapings melon pulp & sugar well.
- 2.add coconut water,lime juice and blend once more,then chill well.
- 3.pour into glasses & serve with melon balls & a sprig of mint in each glass.
