1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup plain flour (maida)
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 cups sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
  1. Cook corn in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  3. Grease a 11/2 quart casserole dish.Keep aside.
  4. In a saucepan, heat butter and sugar until melted. Mix all the purpose flour and remove from the heat. Whisk in evaporated milk and mix corn well. Pour the prepared mixture in prepared casserole dish. Bake in a preheated oven for 60 minutes till knife inserted comes out clean. Sprinkle 1/4 cup su
