Chocolate eggless pancakes recipe made simple with this eggless pancake recipe which may be stuffed with any sweet or savory filling. The maida, baking powder and chocolate powder are blended together to prepare the batter which is then spread on a pan to create crispy and delicious chocolate pancakes.

Ingredients

125 gms plain flour (maida)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tin of condensed milk
60 ml water
1 tsp vanilla essence
60 ml butter or margarine
Method


  1. Mix all with codensed milk and vanilla essence&butter to dropping consistency
  2. Fill up the cups to 3 quarters
  3. Bake at 200 degree c or 400degree f.for 20 minutes
