Chocolate Cheese Cake recipe - How to make Chocolate Cheese Cake

2 tbsp paneer (cottage cheese)
100 gms fresh cream
100 gms dark chocolate
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp cocoa powder
3 tsp powdered sugar
2 tsp gelatine
5 to 6 chocolate biscuits , crushed
1 tsp butter
  1. Crush the biscuits and add butter to make thick dough. Set this mixture as base in a loose bottomed cake tin.
  2. Keep it in freezer for 30 min.
  3. Combine the paneer with cream using a beater in another pan.
  4. Melt the chocolate along with milk and pour it in to the pan containing cottage cheese-cream mixture.
  5. Add cocoa powder and sugar to the same pan.
  6. Make the gelatin solution by adding it in 4 tsp of hot water and mix it well. Add this liquid in the pan.
  7. Remove the vessel from freezer and add the contents of the pan on the chocolate layer.
  8. Keep it in fridge for at least 2 hours or till set.
  9. Serve chilled.
