  1. Heat milk in a deep pan and bring it to boil.
  2. Boil, while stirring continuously, till reduced to one-third the original quantity.
  3. Add the khoya and mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the condensed milk, mix well and simmer for five more minutes.
  5. Remove from the flame, add the chocolate and mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture into kulfi moulds.
  7. Sprinkle the little grated chocolate on top and close the lid of the moulds.
  8. Keep the moulds in the deep freezer and allow to set.
  9. When set unmould, slice and serve immediately.
