An irrestible choc pie, made with cocoa, flour, eggs, vanilla, and milk and baked to perfection. Top this choc pie with whipped topping or crushed nuts.

For the crust
8 digestive biscuits, crushed
1 tsp powdered sugar
2 tbsp melted butter
For the filling
1 cup grated dark chocolate
1/2 cup (100 ml.) fresh cream
1/2 cup whipped cream
For the decoration
1 kiwi, sliced
4 to 5 strawberries, sliced
4 peach halves, sliced

  1. Mix the biscuits, sugar and butter and press the mixturre evenly into a 150 mm. (6") diameter loose bottom tin.
  2. Put to chill.

  1. Put the cream to a boil in a broad pan, stirring continuously.
  2. Remove from the fire. add the chocolate and stir well till you get a smooth sauce.
  3. Cool slightly and mix in the whipped cream.

  1. Spread the filling over the crust and put to set in the refrigerator.
  2. Decorate with the cut fruits.
  3. Serve chilled.
