An unique roll recipe, chips roll is simply irrestible as a crispy fried snack. The potato chips or wafers are rolled with a boiled potato mix with spices and then deep fried after sealing the sides. Chips rolls are best served with green chutney or tomato chili sauce.

2 big potatoes (for chips)
50 gms crumbled paneer (cottage cheese)
1/2 cup Steamed Rice
2 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp coriander (dhania)
Salt and pepper powder to taste
little dried mango powder (amchur)
oil for frying

  1. Make chips from potato.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together except potato chips.
  3. Take one chip, stuff little rice filling and make a roll, tied with the thread.
  4. Heat oil and fry these rolls till crisp and golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
