Chinese Toast recipe - How to make Chinese Toast

  1. Heat the oil in non stick pan.
  2. Put 1 tsp ajino moto and all the vegetables except potatoes.
  3. Stir well for 2 minutes.
  4. Add soya sauce,black pepper powder, salt and white vinegar.
  5. Stir well and add smash potatoes.
  6. Keep aside to cool.
  7. Take a slice of bread and cover with above potatoes mixture properly in good quantity.
  8. Prepare all the slice like this.
