Chinese Style Bread Noodles in Soya and Tomato Sauce recipe - How to make Chinese Style Bread Noodles in Soya and Tomato Sauce

6 bread slices
1 cup sliced mixed vegetables
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp green chilli paste
1 tsp m.s.g
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
salt to taste
  1. Dip the bread slices in water squeeze and mash them well.
  2. Pass them through chakli press and press out small balls of the mixture into idli moulds.
  3. Steam using steamer for 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Allow them to cool.
  5. Heat the oil in a pan or a kadhai and add the green chilli paste and saute for 30 seconds.
  6. Add the mixed vegetables and m.s.g and saute ona high flame for few minutes.
  7. Add salt , mix well and add the bread noodles to the vegetables and saute for a few minutes
  8. Add the soya sauce and tomato ketchup and mix well.
  9. Remove from the flame and serve hot.
