Chilly Baby Corn recipe - How to make Chilly Baby Corn

5 to 6 baby corns
2 medium sized onions
2 medium capsicums
5 to 6 green chillies
1 1/2 tbsp refied flour (maida)
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
1 tsp crushed ginger (adrak) and garlic (lehsun)
3/4 tsp salt
a pinch of ajinomoto
oil as required for frying
1 tbsp oil
4 to 5 slices of pineapple
spring onion greens for garnish

  1. Nicely cut green chillies & babby corns diagonally into 2 piece
  2. Also cut capsicum & onions into square.sprinkle refined flour & salt on baby corns.
  3. In vok or kadai heat oil &fry the baby corns till golden in colour & place them on paper napkin
  4. Heat oil in another kadai add onions,green chillies,capsicum& ginger garlic crushed & saute.
  5. In 1/4 water add both the sauces(chilly&soya)mix well then pour this mixture in the kadai add baby corns
  6. Wait for boil.add pineapple slices & ajinomoto& stir gently
  7. .garnish it with green springs of onions
