Cherry Strawberry Rasgulla recipe - How to make Cherry Strawberry Rasgulla

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 serving


To Be Mixed Together and Crush To A Paste:
1/4 cup coconut cream
2 to 3 tbsp cream
1 to 2 tbsp icing sugar
1 tbsp orange crush

To Be Mixed Altogether
2 tbsp cheese spread
4 tbsp whipped cream
2 tbsp hung curds (dahi)
2 tbsp cream
3 tbsp icing sugar
8 rasgullas
2 to 3 cherries
5-6 chopped strawberries
2 tbsp strawberry crush

For Garnishing:
silver balls
orange slices
whipped cream
strawberry crush
  1. In a mixer jar combine nariyal ki malai,cream,icing sugar and orange crush and grind to a paste and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl mix all the rest of the ingredients and keep aside.
  3. Take the serving bowls put the coconut mixture at the bottom,
  4. then put the rasgulla mixture in such a way that each bowl contains 2 rasgullas.
  5. Set in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  6. Take out and garnish with whipped cream,orange slices,silver balls and drops of strawberry crush.
  7. Serve chilled.
