Cheesy Tangi Tomato Pasta recipe - How to make Cheesy Tangi Tomato Pasta

1/2 lb Mix Pasta (about 2 cups)
2 tomatoes
1/2 cup Cheese (any)
1 medium sized capsicum
1 small red onion
2 cloves of garlic (lehsun)
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
Spring Onion/Basil Herb for garnishing
olive oil
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste

  1. · boil pasta with pinch of salt till it softens.
  2. · drain and pour cold water over pasta and keep it aside.
  3. · deseed tomatoes and chop finely for sauce.
  4. · chop capsicum and onion in to small cubes.
  5. · take a pan with little oil and add minced garlic to it.
  6. · add tomatoes to it and stir it over medium high flame for 2-3 mints.
  7. · add 1 tsp of red chili powder, salt and black pepper powder and cook for 2-3 mints.
  8. · take a baking dish, and spread a layer of cooked pasta over it.
  9. · over pasta spread the tomato sauce, chopped capsicum and onion and lastly cover it with cheese.
  10. · bake the dish at 400f for 6-7 mints till the cheese melts and turns crispy.
  11. · garnish baked pasta with basil and spring onions greens along with some cheese.
  12. Serve hot with garlic bread.
