Add 1 cup bread crumbs in the mixture and keep 1/2 cup for rolling. goes well with chilli-tomato sauce mixture.

1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
1/2 cup paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tsp dried oregano
1 cup bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
oil for frying or bake in oven at 200c for 15 mins.


  1. Combine all the ingredients above.
  2. Knead well.
  3. Make into finger shape.
  4. Roll over some more bread crumbs.
  5. Deep fry in hot oil or bake in preheated oven.
