For puri
1/2 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1/2 cup soya flour
1 tsp oil
salt to taste
cumin seeds (jeera)
hot water
For chaat
sprouted moong (whole green gram), matki (moath beans), kala chana (brown chick peas)
salt, chopped coriander leaves, chopped tomatoes, lemon juice, curd masko, chopped cucumber
2 to 3 boiled potatoes, chopped
dried mango powder (amchur), chaat masala
khajur imli ki chutney

tomato chutney

For puri

    For puri
  1. Sieve the wheat flour.
  2. Add salt, jiru and oil. bind with hot water. leave for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven. roll small puris from dough and bake in hot oven for 5-7 minutes.

For chaat

  1. Boil the sprouts until soft, but not soggy.
  2. Drain and chill.
  3. Then add salt, coriander leaves, chopped tomatoes, lemon juice and mix. prepare curd masko by putting curd in a cloth to drain the water.
  4. Add the chopped cucumber and some salt to taste to the masko and mix.

To serve

    To serve
  1. On a puri, layer the above mixture and chutneys in the following order.
  2. Sprout mixture
  3. Potatoes
  4. Cucumber and curd mixture
  5. Chutneys
  6. Then sprinkle some coriander leaves , amchurm chaat masala and serve immediately.
