2 cups puffed rice (kurmura)
2 tbsp oil
curry leaves (kadi patta)
coriander (dhania) leaves to garnish
salt , chilli powder and sugar to taste
water to soak the kurmura

  1. first of all soak the kurmura in water for 5 mins.
  2. Then heat oil in a kadhai and then add mustard seeds, jeera,curry leaves and hing.
  3. Then add the kurmura and then add the salt, red chilli powder. sugar and turmeric powder according to the taste.
  4. Then just keep iton the tava for 4-5 mins and then garnish with coriander leaves.
