A bright and juicy medley of veggies are rolled up inside chapatis to make a sumptuous snack that can be enjoyed for dinner with a bowl of soup, or served to kids when they return from school.
We have chosen a wide assortment of veggies to make this roll, combining different colours, textures and flavours. You can alter the mix depending on what is there in your fridge.
Recipe Description for Chapati Roll with Vegetables
- Divide the stuffing into 8 equal portions. Keep aside.
- Place a chapati on a clean, dry surface and spread ½ tsp of chilli sauce evenly over it.
- Place a portion of the stuffing on one side of the chapati and roll it up tightly.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 to make 7 more rolls.
- Serve immediately.
