Method


  1. Take a clean suacepan and pour in ghee.
  2. Add the coarsely powdered cashewnuts and fry for a while.
  3. Then add sugar and the milk.
  4. Simmer on a slow fire.
  5. When the mixture begins to leave the sides of saucepans, add the cardamom powder.
  6. Pour out the mixture on a greased thali.
  7. When cool cut into desireed shapes and store till needed.
