Carrot Tofu Curry recipe - How to make Carrot Tofu Curry

Carrots - 2 big peices
tofu - 250gms
turmeric powder - a pinch of the powder
chilli or paprika powder - 1/4 of tea spoon
lemon juice - 1/4 of tea spoon
coriander (cilantro) to garnish
salt to taste
- Grate the carrots , grate the tofu and keep it aside in two seperate bowls.
- Now heat the pan and add two tea spoon of oil to it. once the oil is hot carefully add the grated carrots to it. fry it for a while and then add the grated tofu. keep frying for abt a min add the salt paprika and turmerci powder to it . fry it till well and finish cooking.
- Add lime juice and cilantro to garnish it.
