Perk up the vitamin content of your diet by adding a healthful, crunchy and delicious carrot salad as an accompaniment to any meal. You may enjoy the carrot salad as a snack in between meals or as a filling in sandwiches.
- Grate the carrots by hand or in a food processor.
- Toss with the celery, onion, raisins, and apple.
- Mix in the mayonnaise; season well with salt and
- Pepper. chill thoroughly.
