  1. Pound together garlic and chilli.
  2. Add rosted peanuts and pound coarsely.
  3. Add salt, lemon juice and sugar. mix well.
  4. Stir in grated carrot and papaya.
  5. Mix well and serve on a bed of crispy lettuce.
