A healthy and nutritious salad made with carrits and raw papaya with oter healthy fruits.
- Pound together garlic and chilli.
- Add rosted peanuts and pound coarsely.
- Add salt, lemon juice and sugar. mix well.
- Stir in grated carrot and papaya.
- Mix well and serve on a bed of crispy lettuce.
