  1. Preheat oven to 180 c.
  2. Put everything except the walnuts into a bowl and beat for 2 minutes on medium speed.
  3. Add walnuts and pour into a greased or lined cake tin and bake for 30-40mins until cake tests cooked with a skewer.
  4. Remove from oven and allow to cool before icing with cream cheese icing.
