Caramel Mocha Frappe recipe - How to make Caramel Mocha Frappe

250 ml milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp coffee powder
1/4 cup melted milk chocolate
6 scoops vanilla ice cream

For Garnishing
2 tbsp crushed almond praline
  1. Bring milk to boil.
  2. Caramelize the sugar in another pan.
  3. Add it to the boiling milk.
  4. Add coffee solution dissolved in hot water.
  5. Add melted chocolate and beat well until smooth.
  6. Refrigerate and serve the chilled mocha caramel in a tall glass topped with vanila ice cream.
  7. Garnish it with praline and serve cold.
