Capsicum Ring recipe - How to make Capsicum Ring

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 2 servings

2 capsicums
4 tbsp plain flour (maida)
2 pinches of salt
1 pinch of fruit salt
2 pinches of pepper
oil to fry
water as required
3 tbsp mustard (rai / sarson) paste
chaat masala
  1. Cut the capsicum in rings, cutting them across the diameter.
  2. On other side, soak maida in water, add salt and pepper and fruit salt eno.
  3. Soak it for 15 minutes and then add more water for batter consistency.
  4. Apply the mustard paste to capscium rings.
  5. Dip the ring in the maida batter and fry it.
  6. Sprinke chat masala on top and serve hot
