A simple and fast method for a mouth watering capsicum dry gravy. This can be had with rice and rotis.

Capsicum Coconut Dry Gravy recipe - How to make Capsicum Coconut Dry Gravy

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 2 to 3 servings

2 capsicum , diced into 1" cubes
oil for roasting

To Be Blended Into A Smooth Powder
5 tbsp grated coconut
4 green chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
salt to taste

For The Tempering
1 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard and cumin seeds.
  2. Whent he seeds crackle, add the capsicum and saute till they turn soft.
  3. Add the prepared paste and mix well and saute for 8 minutes.
  4. serve hot.
