Please add per grams in the nutritional table instead of per serving. Yours and mine serving could be different.

Tarla Dalal    Your feedback has been noted. In general we don’t weigh the weight of the food we cook. We estimate the amount a serving size is. The key to take from the analysis of a recipe is if it''s healthy and fits into your lifestyle. When in doubt, eat less of that recipe.

The author writes a lot of stuff, but fails to specify the exact size of one serving of chana. You missed the most important part. How do we know the nutrition values are based on what size of serving? Serving size must be given in a meaningful unit, else all the info becomes useless. Cups are NOT a measurement unit!

Tarla Dalal    For subzis and curries, we quantify serving size based on a portion size one person can normally eat. This recipe would be approx. 1 cup for 1 serving. We would definitely consider your suggestion for improving serving size on our website in future. Thanks for sharing your suggestion.
