Is Thepla healthy?

Thepla is a Gujrati roti made from whole wheat flour and used extensively as a snack or travelling food. It's healthy, one Thepla is only 120 calories. Thepla is Whole Wheat Flour + Curds + Spices. So thats all good. Safe for all to eat even if you are Diabetic.

Whole Wheat Flour is far superior to refined flour in making this healthy roti. Just be careful to not have Thepla with pickle. A good combintaion is to have Thepla with fresh curds.
