Cabbage and Spinach Subji recipe - How to make Cabbage and Spinach Subji

  1. Heat ghee in a kadhai and add all the tempering ingredients one after the other.
  2. Saute onions, cabbage and add all the seasonings.
  3. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on slow.
  4. Lastly add spinach, mix well and cook for half a minute.
  5. Garnish it with carrots and coconut and serve fresh with hot rotli.
