100 gms Boondi (used in raita)
1 small onion
2 tsp oil
salt (according to taste)
1 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
chilli powder
turmeric powder (haldi)
garam masala
water as required

  1. Cut onion into very small pieces
  2. Heat oil in kadai fry onion till light brown
  3. Add salt,turmeric,chilli powder and dhania powder
  4. Simmer for 1 minute than add water till it boils
  5. Put bundi in it and simmer for 1 minute
  6. Sprinkle garam masala and decorate with hara dhania
