Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds broccoli spears
saucy hummus
1 cup canned garbanzo beans
1/2 cup Yoplait® Original plain yogurt
1 tbsp coriander (dhania) or parsley
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
Method


  1. Place saucy hummus ingredients in food processor or blender.
  2. Cover and process or blend on high until smooth.
  3. Heat 1 inch water (salted if desired) to boiling in 3-quart saucepan.
  4. Add broccoli.
  5. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
  6. Simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until stems are tender.
  7. Serve sauce over broccoli.
