6 slices whole wheat bread , trimmed
6 tsp butter

For The Filling
1/2 cup boiled rajma (kidney beans)
1/2 cup chopped spring onions
1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
1/4 cup chopped boiled potatoes
1 tbsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
2 tsp powdered cumin seeds (jeera)
1 1/2 tbsp cheese spread
3 tbsp chopped basil leaves

For The Garnishing
3 tbsp grated paneer (cottage cheese)
3 tsp pomegranate (anar)
3 tsp nylon sev

To Serve
fresh lemon juice
mint leaves (phudina) chutney

Pre heat the oven at 180 degree Celsius.

  1. Grease the cup cake mould tray.
  2. Trim the breads, butter them and place them in to the cup cake mould.
  3. Press well and evenly so that it takes a mould shape and bake it for 20 minutes.
  4. It will become crisp golden brown and will look like basket ready to get fil

  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Take the bread baskets.
  3. Fill each fully with the above mixture.
  4. Garnish it with panneer, sev and anar dana.
  5. Serve with juice and chutney.
