Black Pepper Blackberry Slush recipe - How to make Black Pepper Blackberry Slush

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     5Makes 4 to 6 servings

3 tbsp water
3 tbsp sugar
1 cup fresh blackberries
1 pinch freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder
1 pinch salt
  1. Combine water andsugar in pan, heat till sugar dissolves.
  2. Cool it to room temperature.
  3. Place all ingredients in blender along with sugar water.
  4. Blend till smooth.
  5. Strain into a dish.
  6. Coverand freeze for at least 2 hrs or until solid.
  7. Scrape that mix into slush using fork.
  8. Cover and keep in freezer until ready to serve.
