Paneer 65 is a tangy and spicy paneer recepie which is eaten as a starter or as an accompaniment.
Method- Combine the besan,corn flour, salt, chilli powder and red colour in a bowl, add 2 -3 tspn of water and mix well to make a smooth batter.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai, dip the paneer cubes in this mixture and deep fry till golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
- Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot.
