Besan ka seera is a North Indian sweet dish prepared from besan or gram flour cooked with sugar, ghee and spices like cardamom. A delicious dessert dish which can be served as a snack or after meal sweet!.

2 tbsp besan (Bengal gram flour)
1 1/2 tbsp pure ghee
2 cups milk
sugar as per taste

  1. Heat ghee in a vessel.
  2. Put gramflour and fry till becomes light brown
  3. Add milk stirring continuously
  4. Wait till milk boils.
  5. Add sugar and serve hot.
