Pacchadi is to be served with South Indian meal followed by payasam.Here is a healthy and mouthwatering beetroot pacchadi. Pacchadi’s can be eaten with rice also.A festive South Indian meal is not complete without pacchadi.
Method- Heat oil in non stick pan add mustard seeds, when the seeds crackles, add cumin seeds, beetroot and green chillies and sauté till 2 to 3 minutes or till it is cooked.
- Cool it to room temperature.
- Add fresh curd in it.
- Serve immediately.
