To Be Mixed Together For The Filling
1/2 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
1 tsp besan (bengal gram flour)
salt to taste
1/4 tsp powdered sugar

Other Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup roasted and powdered peanuts
2 green chillies
1 tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
salt to taste
oil for tempering
  1. Cut banana into 2 halves and slit in between.
  2. Fill equal amount of the prepared filling in all four banana pieces.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and add the ginger-green chilli paste and saute for 1 minute.
  4. Add tomato puree and saute till the oil separates.
  5. Add the banana and groundnut powder, mix well and saute for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
