This smoothie shake is a heathy replacement for your breakfast or evening sweet craving. This is very healthy and delicious treat for kids also.

Banana Oats Smoothie recipe - How to make Banana Oats Smoothie


Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     4Makes 3 to 4 servings

2 small bananas
sugar to taste
50 gms quick cooking rolled oats
500 ml skimmed milk
  1. In a deep pan, boil 2 cups water and add the oats.
  2. Mix well and cook for about 2-3 minutes and remove from the flame and keep aside to cool.
  3. Add the bananas, milk and sugar, mix well and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  4. Pour into individual serving glasses and keep in the refrigerator.
  5. Serve chilled.

  1. You can use any of the fruit available in your house, except the melons and papaya.
