Banana Muffins recipe - How to make Banana Muffins

1 1/2 cups plain flour (maida)
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup sugar
3 bananas , mashed
4 tbsp white butter
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 egg , beaten
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (akhrot)
  1. Combine the sugar and butter in a bowl and whisk well. Keep aside.
  2. Combine the flour and soda in a deep bowl and mix well.
  3. Add the beaten egg, creamed sugar and butter, sour cream and bananas and mix well.
  4. Pour spoonful of this mixture in greased muffin trays and bake them in a pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes or till the muffins raise and turn light brown.
  5. Serve warm.
