1 mediumbanana , peeled
1/2 cup chickoo cubes , peeled
1/2 cup soya milk.
1 tbsp honey
1 cup crushed ice
  1. Combine all the ingredients except the ice in a blender and blend to a smooth puree.
  2. Add the crushed ice in each glasses and top with smoothies
  3. Serve chilled.

Chickoo is one of my favorite fruits. Loved the recipe - refreshing and healthy! I tried a variation of the recipe (used figs, soaked almonds and frozen chickoo instead of banana) and was quite appreciated by family and friends.
