Ingredients

4 bananas , chopped
4 pear cubes (1 inch each)
4 apple cubes (1 inch each)
4 mango cubes (1 inch each)
4 strawberries pieces (1 inch each)
2 tbsp condensed milk
400 ml chilled milk
1 cup crushed ice
4 tbsp vanilla ice cream
1 tbsp curds (dahi)
sugar for caramelizing

Method

Blend banana,yogurt, milk maid and milk in smoothie maker or mixer..
Add crushed ice and blend once more.
Heat sugar in a pan and let it caramelize. Add apple, pear and caramelize again.
Pur the banana smoothie into individual glasses, add some mango, strawberry and caramelized apple-pear.
Garnish with ice cream and strawberry and serve immediately.
