Baked Veggie Pasta recipe - How to make Baked Veggie Pasta

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 2 to 3 servings

2 tbsp oil
1 cup chopped mixed vegetables(potato, carrot ,
cauliflower , green peas)
salt to taste
1 cup white sauce
1/2 cup fresh cream
2 cups grated mozzrella cheese
freshly grounded black peppercorns (kalimirch) powder to taste
2 cups boiled penne
oil for greasing
  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add all the vegetables and little salt and cook till it is half done and crunchy.
  2. Add the white sauce, cream, 1/2 cup cheese, pepper and pasta, mix well and remove from the flame.
  3. Grease the baking dish with the oil and add the pasta mixture, top with the remaining cheese.
  4. Bake till cheese turns bubbly brown and crisp.
  5. Serve hot.
