  1. Scoop out the potatoes and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
  2. Drain well on a tissue.
  3. For making the gravy,heat oil.
  4. Add green chillies,ginger,garlic and sauté well.
  5. Next add onions and sauté well.
  6. Add tomatoes and fry well.
  7. Next add spinach puree and mix.
  8. Add kasoori methi and the various spices.
  9. Add curd and water and let the gravy simmer well.
  10. Add garam masala and butter and mix well.
  11. Check the seasoning of the gravy and adjust accordingly.
  12. Fill the fried potatoes with the coriander and mint chutney.
  13. Place the filled potatoes in a greased baking dish and pour hot spinach gravy over the potatoes.
  14. Bake in preheated oven at 200degree celsius for 10 -15 minutes.
  15. Serve hot garnished with cream and chopped coriander leaves.
