A gujarati sweet dessert made with almonds and semolina and condensed milk.

  1. Melt butter,fry semolina on medium heat until light brown and remove from heat.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients ,mix well and return to heat.
  3. Stir for few mins,remove from fire when the mixture leaves the sides.
  4. Spread in a greased tray and garnish with almonds and pistas.
  5. Cut into 2inch diamond shaped pieces.
  6. When cool gently ease the pieces out.
