Baby Corn with Mango recipe - How to make Baby Corn with Mango

250 gms baby corns , cut into 2 vertically
50 gms mango , peeled and cut into thin strips
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp chopped spring onions
salt to taste
1 tsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cornflour
1/2 cup vegetable stock
  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the red chillies and saute for few seconds.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, mix well and saute for more few seconds.
  3. Add the baby corn and vegetable stock, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the salt and cornflour, mix well and cook till the gravy becomes thick.
  5. Add the spring onions and mango, mix well and saute for few seconds.
  6. Serve hot.
