To Be Mixed Together For The Batter
1 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
2 tsp red chilli paste
1/2 tsp tomato puree
2 tbsp cornflour
4 tbsp plain flour (maida)
water as required
salt to taste

Other Ingredients
20 baby corn
10 green chillies , chopped
10 garlic cloves , chopped
tomato ketchup to taste
soy sauce to taste
chilli sauce to taste
oil for deep frying
  1. Slit the baby corn as per your own choice.
  2. Dip the baby corns into the batter and deep fry in hot oil till crisp. Keep aside
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add the garlic, green chillies and add the fried baby corns and saute for 3 minutes.
  4. Add all sauces into a bowl and pour on top of the baby corns and stir fry on high flame for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.
