An interesting breakfast or snack dish, suji bread snack-anytime guest is delicious, crispy and a favorite among all. The semolina or suji is mixed with curd and vegetables and then spread on bread slices. The suji bread is then browned to a crispy finish on a tawa. Serve bread suji with sauce or green chutney!

- Now either grill it or with ghee fry it on non stick tawa.you may also cover it with besan and fry it for pakoras.
